The vision of founding partners Jessica Darrow and Tricia Tunstall, this pioneer boutique has grown into one of Chicago's most innovative creative fashion resources.  

For nearly ten years, p.45 has been showcasing the edgy, innovative, and unique designs of a community of talented young designers, many of them local – providing fashion-forward pieces to Chicagoans looking to take their wardrobe beyond the mainstream.

p.45’s intimate space is chock-full of some of the hippest fashions from Development, Michelle Mason, Loy and Ford, Michelle Tan, Susana Monaco and so many more. Looking for the latest Chip & Pepper? Look no further.

Beyond the racks of clothes, you will find some of the most amazing jewelry from the likes of Bing Bang, Tonia Kim and Sarah McGuire. Our favorite?  The oxidized silver chain necklace with the 10K gold horseshoe pendant.  

Love hats? Don’t miss the array of trendy designs from Eugenia Kim, including everything from the cutest floppy summer sun hat to the chicest out-on-the town felt cloche.

Although p.45 is not quite a bargain boutique, they do offer some deep discounts during their regular sales events, including reductions from 40-70%. So, if you are a fashionista on a budget, be sure to keep abreast of upcoming sales by checking their website. Otherwise, your pocketbook will likely wince at their high-end price tags.
